Writing Classes
Writing for the Process
These writing classes invite you to write without pressure, perfection, or the expectation to publish. Using a free-writing style, participants are guided to write as a way of processing, discovering, and listening to their own inner voice.

The emphasis is on expression rather than outcome. Over time, clarity often emerges naturally, and for some, publishing becomes a next step, rather than the starting point. No writing experience is required, only a willingness to show up and write.
Write Into What’s Next
Writing as Practice
Reflective writing for clarity, release, and renewed energy.

These are not traditional writing classes.

You won’t be critiqued, graded, or asked to perform.

This is a structured, supportive space where words begin to move — and when they do, something inside often shifts.

Through guided prompts and timed writing sessions, you quiet the inner critic and allow your thoughts to unfold on the page.

As you write, clarity begins to surface. Options appear, and what once felt tangled begins to feel manageable.

Women often leave feeling hopeful because what’s next no longer feels overwhelming or out of reach.
This approach is inspired by the spirit of Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way, using free writing as a tool for clarity, reflection, and creative momentum.

Each session includes:
• Thoughtful writing prompts
• Timed writing intervals
• Reflection pauses
• Optional sharing

Everything is by choice.

The goal is not perfection. It is movement.
What Begins to Shift
Clearing Space,
Expanding Possibilites
Who this is For
When you write consistently in a protected, non-judgmental environment, something deeper begins to happen.

• The inner critic softens.
• Your thinking becomes clearer.
• Your voice feels steadier.
• New possibilities emerge.

You begin to see options where you once saw obstacles.

And with options comes encouragement.
With encouragement comes movement.
Free writing allows you to release mental clutter and emotional weight. It can function as a creative warm-up, a brain dump, or a reflective reset.

As your writing flow strengthens, so does your ability to:
• Articulate what you want
• Identify what’s no longer working
• Name what’s next
• Take small, meaningful steps forward

This is not just about creativity.

It is about building momentum through clarity, release and renewed energy.
This practice is for women who:
• Feel stuck and need momentum
• Are navigating transition
• Struggle with perfectionism
• Want clearer thinking and stronger self-trust
• Know something more is calling
• Want to write in a supportive group setting

You do not need to consider yourself a writer.

You only need a journal, pen and a willingness to begin.
